Needles 5 needs to notify users if they are editing the same note or data field another user is also editing.
When different users are unknowingly editing the same note their data does not save. Needles 5 does not notify users if they are editing the same note at the same time. This results in the loss of data. This is a great concern for firms.

Is there anyway that a button can be added into “action” box of the party screen to capture name and address. I would be much shorter and with less mistakes than typing it or backing out and hitting the card from the search screen.
Because in many instances the name and address needs to be copied and pasted onto an order, memo or document that is non-template generated. Alternatively, generating a template driven document is more time consuming than copying a name and address.
It would be fabulous to have a tab that would allow us to add medical providers, dates of service and a short synopsis of care, then a check box for bills/records/radiology (that we have received) or a box to note that that date is not related, so...
