Neos: Certificate of Service Paragraph should include email
The Certificate of service is a very important part of document creation. Each and every document that is filed with the court or served on a party must have the certificate of service. This cuts across ALL jurisdiction.
When you print out a case note, the client name is not on it. I have to manually write it on there. It should include the client name on the print out.
It would very helping, when searching cases within Neos and tagging emails to cases, if Neos would show all OPEN cases first and the closed cases at the bottom.

Please add an ability to quick select an appointment duration from a dropdown or a select box (ie. 15m, 30m, 45m, 1hr). The default is 15 mins which has to be calculated manually, this would make appointments quicker to schedule
Notes show from new to oldest. I prefer the old way of seeing notes. I click on it f or correct the ascending and descending format but it reverts back.

save filters applied to the Staff Profile screen after closing or refreshing page
Users need to be able to save their filters for showing active users only as a firm does not require seeing inactive staff profiles every time they open the staff profile screen.
