Force "Open Office files in Office desktop apps" firm wide.
It would be useful for larger firms if this setting can be enabled for the whole firm and not just the specific staff users. This would cut back time for enabling this feature if you were to have a large or small staff team.

User would like to be able to pin notes in the note tab at the top for importance. Currently in needles 5 this is not a feature. We can sort but we can't pin and give them a label of importance
