Neos- Ability to start a general timer without being in a case

The currently functionality of the timer provides a user to track time for a case after the case is currently open. There is no current functionality to start a general timer for a provider card which would be a useful feature.

Once a requested check is in the Needles Integrator it appears it cannot be deleted. We are still on a learning curve, of course, but we have a need to be able to delete checks before they are sent to quickbooks needlessly.

Please roll back the "feature" that auto-populates provider prompts during document generation. Several of our document templates have 5 or more provider prompts and they all populate with the same provider. It's much simpler to just fill in the fields as needed or have an "apply to all" button instead.

Make Filters and Text Selection match first letters typed. Right now, if you type "LIT" you get "Fatality" rather than "Litigation" because fatality is first alphabetically.
