It would be nice if I could block staff from changing the case open date. If they change the open date to hide how long they've had a file in their possession, it effects my life on desk reports.
You should be allowed to choose a default e-mail address or move them around to change the default similarly to how you can with the phone number. It's common for clients to have multiple e-mail addresses.
It would be nice to be able to mark a file as in "litigation" manually instead of only being able to do so with an auxiliary checklist. In Needles 4 you could change the banner from red to blue manually, but you can't seem to do that with NEOS.

Option for text messages to post to notes instead of case docs
We would like for there to be an option for text responses (.txt files) to be posted to notes instead of case docs. This will make it easier from an organization standpoint and allow all correspondence to be n the same place. Thank you
