We have an attorney and a paralegal assigned to each case. We would like to see at the top of our case ribbon all staff that is assigned to the case.

Neos - Case Special Note Header - add 'Undo' option if 'Clear' is selected

There is no option to undo if the special note is deleted using the 'Clear' button. An 'Undo' button should be added in case the special note is accidentally cleared.

Make phone numbers include parenthesis and dashes for easy reading.

I have noticed that the parenthesis and dashes are included in the fax but not phone numbers. It makes it very difficult to read off the number or dial it into a phone if you do not have a computer based phone.
