Add ability to double click case number from message preview
It would be nice to be able to double click a case number while merely previewing a message and be able to have that take you striaght to the file. Currently, you have to completely open the message and double click the case number.
Add a button when opening or previewing a message that would open a reply window and, when that reply is sent, automatically delete the message from your inbox.
Neos - Add ability to filter Dashboards by "Our Client"

NEOS - Checklist Details to open ONLY when button is selected
