Neos Outlook Add-In - Please add single sign on or Sign On with Microsoft
We require everyone to use Sign On With Microsoft in Neos, which eliminates the need to remember your Neos password. When it comes time to sign on to the Outlook add-in, most people do not remember their Neos password.

User would like to be able to pin notes in the note tab at the top for importance
User would like to be able to pin notes in the note tab at the top for importance. Currently in needles 5 this is not a feature. We can sort but we can't pin and give them a label of importance

Add ability to double click case number from message preview
It would be nice to be able to double click a case number while merely previewing a message and be able to have that take you striaght to the file. Currently, you have to completely open the message and double click the case number.
