Case Date Layout

Would like to be able to modify the lay out for case dates. Currently you can't even control what dates show up in what column. It would be great to group relevant case dates under specific columns

Modify text in Records box (bold, italic, font size)

Being able to bold, underline, etc. would save a lot of time during document generation so that the text could already pull in the correct format.

The Metadata Field on Zapier should be mappable to fields in Neos

It would offer another layer of options and deeper functionality for firms to be able to link fields in the Metadata section to custom fields in Neos to pull that data in.

Notes made from Texting should be included in Activity Feed

Add a separate permission for "Bulk Actions"

It is not safe or logical to give all staff permission to Update Multiple Cases, as that permission can cause a LOT of damage to the database if used incorrectly. Please add a separate permission.

The Checklist Summary Report should ahve a 'Default' filters button that defaults to staff and today's date in case the staff member accidentally clicks the 'clear filters' button.
