Would like to be able to hide cancelled or rescheduled appointments off the calendar to clear up clutter

When an intake is assigned to a staff member a notification will pop up and a sound plays. It would be beneficial to have the ability to apply to new cases. Having some sort of message be sent to staff 1 or a pop up window would help..

Not all firms use the Case Number or Party Name to identify a case, so it would be nice if the Case Title populated in a message sent from a case to help with identification.

Firm would like the ability to print their calendar in true black and white - with the appointment blocks having a white background (no matter the status in Needles and the text black

In a Needles case, on the case tab just below the DOI. the field Opened is displayed. This is not an editable field where you can change the text for it, similar to DOI or alternate case.

Open a case, go to the case ribbon and click on "Cases For Party". It would be benefitical to see the role that party has in each of those cases. When you try to click on the "Show Column Chooser" it is greyed out.

Be able to add a calculation field onto the case tab so that it can calculate based on a parameter that is selected
