Checklist

When opening a case, selecting checklist, can filter by status or due date but would like to filter by both.

She sees the total nunber of items on Needles Today but she wanted to be able to see number before the case number to see how many she has that way as well.

This would allow the checklist to act more like a flowchart.

The ability to see what staff position each user is in would be highly beneficial to break up job functions

It would be useful if we could deactivate checklist in specific cases instead of in the case type

Needles should have the ability to notify specific staff or groups when a checklist item is completed. This would make it easier to for staff to monitor and track the progression of cases

The Checklist Item details menu will open any time you click on a checklist item which tends to get into the way. The user would like for the details window to only open when the "Details" button is selected.

Firm would like the ability to link their Insurance Tab Dates (like 'Actual') and Negation Tab dates to the checklist and have them trigger checklist items
