User would like a reported added to messages to be able to print out all the messages for all staff in his messages tab. Or just a print button in messages tab
While viewing message, if I need to call the client, I would need to leave the message, obtain the phone number. It would be easier to be able to 1. Call the client from the message or be able to open the case from the message.
Per Ashley Burris at Schmidt Kramer (aburris@schmidtkramer.com): I think the default search in the email tag should be Name, not email. I would never be able to search for anyone's email and always use the name.
