Neos: Tag Email - have the ability to see if someone else has already tagged an email you are included on

This will prevent duplicate tagging, as well as save the users time if they know someone else has already tagged the email.

Open PDF in desktop app

Please add the option to open a .pdf in the desktop app for Acrobat Adobe. Similiar to the abilty to open word or excel in the online browser or the desktop app.

Bulk Action option to mark multiple items as N/A in the Checklist Summary

It would be convenient to be able to have an option to bulk mark items in the Checklist Summary as 'N/A' instead of marking each item individually. Please consider adding this to a future update to Neos.

Please allow the capability to tag mulitple emails at once to a specific matter. It is too cumbersome to do one by one, especially considering the volume of emails an employee receives during the day.

Add to staff settings a way to turn off notifications for Premium Texting

We have some staff assignments on case that do not need to see each text message coming through from clients. It would be beneficial to have an option to turn off those notifications per staff/user in their notifications settings in staff profiles...

Add multiple ticklers/reminders for court or other deadlines AND push all reminders to Outlook as it did in TrialWorks. Calendaring should be a one-step process, not a three or four step process when reminders are critical.
