Ability to Generate a Custom Bill for Attorney Time and Expenses
We would like the ability to generate a custom bill in Word for our billable files directly from Neos rather than pushing the time and expenses to Quickbooks or another financial system.
E-mail Tag function in Outlook should default search by name, not e-mail.
The e-mail Tag function in outlook should default to search by name, not e-mail since the e-mail search isn't efficient. usually doesn't work and it doesn't fill in properly. Also - you have to click on "name" twice to get it it to stay on the field.
In the desktop version, when the outlook add-in tagged a case, there was an option to "go to case" in the add-in after tagging. I don't know if that's possible, but it would save SO MUCH extra clicking and typing, as we often have to DO something ...
Neos - Templates/Documents Tab - Add ability to choose NOT to add the merged template to the Documents tab
Firm uses merge templates for Notes that don't need to necessarily be attached to the case. They would like to add the ability to choose whether to attach a merge template to the Docs tab.
