User would like the outlook addin global search list to not pre populate with the test cases he has used

Enlarge prompt box for converting intake

When converting an intake to a case, especially when there's a lot of inquiries, sometimes the scroll bar or save button doesn't appear. Making this prompt box larger might fix this issue.

Column sorting in Case Docs - Folder View

Mergeformatting for Neos

Please add the ability to use \* MERGEFORMAT within templates in Neos to get the documents to adhere to the formatting of the texts within the merge fields.
