Auto Post & Send Messages with specific data from the case
Ability to auto-send a message with specific data from standard/custom tabs (specified by the user) from the case and post to notes based on a specific action (specified by user)
Would like the ability to select the note topic when "Add to Notes" is checked on a time entry. Right now all time entries added to Notes tab this way show up with topic "Time Entry" which isn't helpful for drill down/filter/sort.
