Add the ability to select all files when in folder view on the Case Docs tab like the user can when in list view. This feature helps when trying to use the Bulk Actions option on the screen.

Adding a save button instead of a refresh button to the checklist

Could you change the My Checklist feature to have a save button rather than refresh each time you mark something? It takes forever to get through the checklist each time and I have to remember where I was because it starts back at the top each time.

Should be able to change a Doc name in Document folder in NEOs. Right now, I have to go to Sharepoint to do it, but it does not change the name in the Neos Doc tab. That is an issue

We need to be able to print tabs/pages in Neos which includes the information that is entered(like Needles). Right now you can only print what is on the screen and it does not include the info that was filled in.

Have a way to delete/remove an old client from the General Mailing List without having to go into settings and jumping through all the hoops. If you can add from the party tab, why can't you remove or delete. This is a time suck when you have 20 or more birthday cards returned a month for bad address's

Prompt before deleting report

When deleting a report, pop up an "are you sure?" prompt that could stop users from accidentally deleting something they did not intend to.

Automatically add new clients (cases that are opened) to the General Mailing List in NEOS (or at least have an option to turn it on or off) We just had to go back 6 months to add each new client one by one since converting over. Had a rep on the phone and said no way around it.
