Have the option to set an hourly rate per client.

Karen from Otto Anthony Law would like to see the option in Needles where you can set an hourly rate based on client not just per staff or case type. I think that this would be a good idea for all Needles/ Neos products.

Calendar Status added in the mini directory should have settings for reminders

When a calendar status is created in the mini directory it would be useful to be able to set up whether or not you can receive reminders. Example: a vacated status was created and they wanted it to have no reminders like the Done status.
