Phone number type should be an editable mini directory

If I want to add in a Phone type of Emergency, I have to add it manually to each case. It would be good to have the phone type be a mini directory so that I can add 'Emergency' into the list.

Drop down selection for time in calendar

When setting a calendar item, there is a drop down for dates, it would be nice to have that option for the time as well. Older version had it and it is noticeably easier to function

When posting emails, if have multiple emails in a matter, shouldn't have to search under name each time, should have option to post to same as a default.

Block the ability to change checklist items to other staff

If you remove the ability for staff to modify the checklst, this includes modifications to their own checklist items such as status. This permission should block the ability to modify everything except for the status. That way changes are not made...
