Add option to add provider from a blank search

I cannot add a new provider from the search screen. Once I complete the search and nothing comes up there is no button to add.

Create a Bookmark for Pronouns

Pronouns should not require a two line if than statement in Word to be used. Create bookmark(s) for them. Call Trial Works, they use "spronoun" and "ppronoun" as bookmarks for pronouns. Surprised they aren't already bookmarks.
