In the desktop version, when the outlook add-in tagged a case, there was an option to "go to case" in the add-in after tagging. I don't know if that's possible, but it would save SO MUCH extra clicking and typing, as we often have to DO something ...
It would be helpful to see a specific case calendar in open calendar view, that could give us the ability to see that cases calendar compared to specific staff member's calendars.
Ability to show mailing list a client is attached to within their provider card.
It would be a good idea to add a button to show what mailing list a provider card is attached to within the provider card. In the old Needles 4.9.1 the option to add and see was a click box on the provider card. I have attached pictures to help out.
CASE SPECIFIC LINKS (which a user can use to view the entire case or just specific portions of a case) If this is implemented well this could help NEOs add much more additional customers each law firms deal with hundreds of law firms and if this is easy and simple to do other law firms will take notice
