In the previous Needle's version, when we had a new message it would verbally tell us . Can we have that feature again?

Ability to generate more than one document at once

In out previous version of Needles we were able to generate medical records and medical bill request cover letters for all needed providers at one time. In the provider drop down menu we could just pick all the providers we needed.

Print Envelope from Provider tab

It would be great to have an option to print envelopes directly from the provider tab. This is useful for times when we are copying a provider to a correspondence.

Neos - Checklist Summary Should have a 'Default' Filters button

The Checklist Summary Report should ahve a 'Default' filters button that defaults to staff and today's date in case the staff member accidentally clicks the 'clear filters' button.

Cloud: Allow Staff Permissions to be Copied from One User to Another.

Staff permissions should be able to be copied from on user to another, like in the previous versions of Needles.

Ability to tag email with a phone number search

Currently, can search by name, email and case ID but if receiving a message back from a text it would be easier to look up with a phone number search.

Cloud - Populate check number in Neos and case number/customer name on check memo

In previous versions of Needles, when processing a check in QuickBooks the memo section would populate with the case number/customer name. QuickBooks would also push back to Needles to update the memo line in the value item with the check #.

When entering a name in the search field, would be great to have the enter key work for the search vs having to use the darn mouse

Opening a new note should default you into the topic field

If I remember correctly, in Needles 4, when you enter a new Note, you could start typing in the Note Topic field immediately. In Needles 5, you are forced to either click in the field or press the Down key and Tab multiple times. If I am rememberi...
