Mark Text Messages Unread

If someone accidentally clicks on another staff members text, it marks it as read. You should have the ability to make it unread so that the staff members know which texts have been addressed and which have not.

Add option to toggle off/on the event time length when hovering over events in the Neos calendar

Users do not always want to see the time length when hovering over an event, please add a button or option to turn off/on the event time at will so users do not always have to see it and so it does not get in the way of a user reading an events name.

Drag and Drop Files from Emails Directly to Neos

Add the All option in the Neos Outlook add-in when searching for a case just like the option when searching for something in Neos. This will save users time from switching between searching by case number or name.
