Neos- Ability to have a Status Tab

In Needles, the status tab was useful to keep track of only important information instead of viewing everything listed in a Case Facts report. Would love to see this feature added to Neos.

Ability to Mass Update Provider Roles

Please consider implementing the ability to mass-update provider roles similar to how Case info can be mass updated from Advanced Search. This will make bulk-updates to providers very convenient and less time consuming than the current process.

You should be able to access DocuSign through the Intake Action button. This would make it easier for an intake specilist to send a retainer package to a new lead.

Ability to Add New Users to Multiple Existing Calendar Events at Once.
