Neos - Electronic Filing - We need to be able to save documents directly from the Court system website to the case within Neos.

It is very cumbersome and takes up unnecessary server space to have to download the documents from the court website locally, and then drag and drop into the document tab in Neos.

Due date on a checklist item should not change to the current date when marked completed

The "due date" should be maintained and another column "date completed" should be added. It is important to be able to see that original due date without having to go to the activity feed to view the change.

Ability to send documents from Case Docs tab to DocuSign that will also send the tagged document via SMS, not just email.

When sending a docusign through Case Docs Neos, it doesn’t allow for SMS like it does using a template. We really need this capability. We do a lot of docusign docs that aren’t templates.
