It would be helpful if you could see the entry date without opening each and every entry. In needles, you could see and sort the list by date. When you have several settlements in each case, it is helpful to see the input date of the entry.

Not allow users/staff to edit or add notes to a closed case.
When searching for cases and a closed case pops up, for there to be an option for a pop up saying that this is a closed case or not allow users to edit closed cases unless given permission.
