Intake Pro Automation Triggers Should Have Multiple Actions
I would like it if the automations in Intake Pro can have multiple actions to the same trigger. Like when the checklist item is set to Done, have it send both an email and a text to the client instead of only one or the other.
It would be nice to be able to have one screen and enter bulk expenses into multiple different cases from one screen. It takes too long right now when you have multiple expenses to enter for multiple clients.

When loading the checklist summary, it would be helpful to have the options of "past month", "past 3 months", etc. automatically update when bringing up the summary, a "trailing" time frame, if you will.
Add a User Defined Field Type Like the Representing Field in the Counsel Tab
If it is possible, please make a user defined field type that works like the Representing section in the Counsel tab. It would be nice to be able to make a running list of people involved in a particular entry.
Case Contact List - Do not show duplicate entries from the same tab
My records tab may show Datafied 10 times. Within the Case Contact List, it will duplicate and show Datafied all 10 times with Involvement on the Recs tab, but I only need to see it one time per tab involved.
