I need to be able to modify PDF templates for our files and there seems to be no option to remove them, which is kind of unusual. Please add this as a feature so I can continue working on these templates.
It would be helpful to include Case Name field in the New Message layout as there may be one client for several cases and it would help to identify to which case the message relates.
