Bulk Actions Notes from the Advanced Search/Reports
I recommend adding a Bulk Notes feature to the 'Bulk Actions' box that appears on the Advanced Search/Reports. This would allow staff with bulk update security to post notes across several cases at once.

Add option to allow minimizing the QB Integrator to the taskbar
The QB Integrator currently closes AND minimizes to the system tray. We'd like to have the option to minimize the integrator to the taskbar so we don't have to keep going into the system tray to open the integrator back up.

A lot of changes to our system cannot be applied until an employee completely logs out and logs back into the system. It would be great if we could force a log out of the system.
