Insurance - If you move insurance to another case, give a warning that negotiation entries will be deleted...or
Or provide the option to copy the negotiation entries. If there are negotiation entries linked to the insurance being moved, you should only allow the option to COPY. That way the negotiations are not deleted.
PDF Editor - OCR'ing and ability to edit text in scanned documents
Right now with the PDF Editor it looks like scanned documents are not being OCR'ed. We would like to be able to search and edit text in these documents.
Add a Group Special Permissions for access to making a case Dormant.
A lot of the time our team members make a decision on their own to make a case Dormant and we would like to be able to control who has the ability to put a case into the Dormant stage by adding a Group Special Permissions for access for it.
Have Minor Check Box and Date of Majority on contact card
Date of Majority and Minor check box should be fields on the contact information that are for Name ID as these dates do not change depending on case, the same way date of birth does not change.
