In Needles, the status tab was useful to keep track of only important information instead of viewing everything listed in a Case Facts report. Would love to see this feature added to Neos.
Please consider implementing the ability to mass-update provider roles similar to how Case info can be mass updated from Advanced Search. This will make bulk-updates to providers very convenient and less time consuming than the current process.
