I have a need to send a report multiple times a day to more than one person. This is currently not an option.

Neos: Ability to save international phone numbers

We have clients that have phone numbers outside of the United States. It would be beneficial to be able to save international numbers, as well as WhatsApp numbers.

Notes emailed should include attachments.

Any notes that are emailed through Neos to Outlook should include the attachment, if included.

Show the cc in the Email preview side panel

It would be helpful to see the cc in the notes email preview side panel. Currently, only can see the To and From.

Neos - Electronic Filing - We need to be able to save documents directly from the Court system website to the case within Neos.

It is very cumbersome and takes up unnecessary server space to have to download the documents from the court website locally, and then drag and drop into the document tab in Neos.

Neos: Email Tagging - Also show if the attachments were tagged to the case

While in Outlook, you can see what case an email was tagged to, but it would be better if we could also see that the attachments were tagged to the case.

Printing Calendar

It is imperative that we are able to print the calendar from Neos as we could with all prior versions of Needles! I would like the ability to print daily, weekly and agenda views of Neos Calendars!
