Making templates is easier in the desktop version since the mobile version has weird formatting and will not appear correctly.

Bring Back the Desktop version for the Word Add In!!!

The Word online version doesn't have all of the formatting options for letters, so you have to make the letter in the desktop version and then save it to the online version in order to add the coding for the documents. So it's like double the work.

Photos attached to an email need to be recognized by Neos and added to the Document tab when posted to a file

Functionality from Needles 5 should work in Neos and allow emailed photos to be attached to the Document screen - We should not have to save the photos and attach them one by one to the Document Tab;

Return the Provider's Contact Info to the Preview Window for Value Items

Franklin D Azar reports that their Accounting Team used to be able to see the Provider Information in the Preview Window of a value item and now they cannot see it as conveniently and they would like this functionality restored please.
