Sync needles contacts with outlook contacts in 5.0
When I am outside the office, I do not have access to contacts unless they have been manually added to outlook. A sync as was available in 4.0 would be very helpful to attorneys who are not in the office very often.

The calendar setting should mirror the Outlook settings. Currently the default appointment is set for 30 minute increments in Outlook, but NEOS only allows for 15 minute increments.
