Add an advanced search column for provider roles and provider specialties.
In advanced search, we can filter by provider roles and their specialties, however if we would like to display them in the report we cannot. Advanced search does not offer a column for these two fields.
Client address needs to be placed higher up on the party tab
The client's mailing address is used most often out of all the contact information on the party tab. Therefore, it's most logical to place the address above phones and emails.
