Adjustable font size in Neos

The font size in Neos should be adjustable. At least a couple of sizes to choose from like on a cell phone you can choose the text size.

Email Tag - Search by File Number

It would be nice to be able to change the default search fields when tagging an email to Neos. To be able to search by "File Number" would be very helpful for us. That is the commonly used search number that we use for multiple programs.

Active cases only

When selecting a client with multiple cases, the active one is selected not a closed one. If there are two active cases then a pop up will occur to allow for the selection of the case you want.

Integration with LexReception

We use virtual receptionist services and they handle all of our intakes. Once they speak with potential clients we receive a script of an intake via e-mail. It would be nice if we had an option to convert their form into a new intake in Neos.
