Activity Feed Report

It would be useful if there was an Activity feed by staff report or if the Activity feed and fields within it could be used to create a Advanced Search.

Modify Text Styling and Font in User Defined Fields

For instance, we created a user-defined discovery tab. In that, I have fields entitled "discovery dispute" and "discovery notes," it would be very helpful to be able to bold, highlight, or underline things in these fields to draw attention to them.

The ability to print a message

It would be wonderful to have a print option to print an individual message. There is no way to print a message out.

Ability to see the ID code in the header

We would like to see the ID code in the header so we can easily identify if a client is a spanish speaker or other assistance is required.

Neos Case Number added to Note

When we print a note, it would be GREAT if the Neos number was also printed on the note. The client's name is provided in the top right corner, but the Neos number would be equally as helpful.

Seeing the body of email and text first in preview of notes vs header info

When in list view, it would be helpful to see the body of the email or text message that was tagged, like Needles 4 would vs seeing the date time and to/from info.

Neos: is it possible for the document generation display to go away after it generated

Neos: is it possible for the document generation display to go away after it generated. During the document template generation the prompot in the corner where its loading and as well sometimes checked can it go away after it generated.

Accounting Tab for QBO - Need to see what's in the memo line for the DTFs & Sort by Client's Name

We import DTFs to QBO by what's in the memo line & not being able to see it, makes that very difficult. We also are unable to import anything by client's name because there's not a column for client's name. We need to be able to sort by client...
