Automation feature present when creating or modifying a checklist item.
When creating or modifying a checklist item it would be nice to have the a Automation feature available for editing instead of having to go to a case and select the checklist item and then add the Automation features.
Neos Premium Texting SMS templates right from the texting screen
With the Neos Premium Texting SMS we should have the ability to merge SMS templates right from the texting screen instead of having to create an checklist Automation in order to use it with all of the merging capabilities.
It would be great if you could see the text communication under a separate tab in the case. Similiar to how you see "docs" or "notes". makes it easier to find the text communication and communicate with the client regarding their case.
Currently when you search for a party, you can click on the plus sign to add a new provider or case, but you cannot add an intake. It would be great if you could search for a client and add a new intake for them right from the search field.
