Ability to change/edit Case Header

Have the ability to change the header to display additional or other bit of information. Things such as DOB should be able to be added into the header

When copy and pasting an Excel Spreadsheet into the notes, what was copied shows vertically instead of remaining in column form when saved.

It would still be in the spreadsheet form, and we wouldn't have to figure out which column header goes with what information without having to open up the spreadsheet.

View case associations for contact in Contact detail view.

Allow checklist items to use checkboxes/specific field responses from tabs as reference objects

I would like to be able to set a checklist item to only appear once a checkbox on a user tab has been checked, rather than only being able to use case dates and other checklist items as reference objects.

NEOS - Search Preview Isn't Showing Full Address

The preview pane the pops out of the right side of the search window when you click on someone doesn't show the full address in the "Address" section. It only shows address line one.

NEOS - Select All Option on List Tabs

At the moment, there is no way to quickly select everything on a list tab to apply bulk actions too. A select all feature would be nice.
