You should be allowed to choose a default e-mail address or move them around to change the default similarly to how you can with the phone number. It's common for clients to have multiple e-mail addresses.

CLOUD: Being able to add documents when doing intake. When the client is doing intake they want to be able to attach document with it so when it make it into a case it adds the document in the document tab.
When I try to copy a document to another case, it won't let me type the name of the other case. Therefore, this function is useless. I would like to suggest the ability to use this function.
