Single space formatting of tagged emails to the Notes tab should be an option
When you tag an email to a case and it shows up in the case tab, it is double spaced and you can't easily make it single spaced. It would be useful if we could have an option to change the formatting to make it single spaced.
When you view a message from the Messages Tab, either from Preview or detail window, the list should refresh to show that message had been read. Currently it remains Bold to show unread until you move to another tab.

Neos- Ability to toggle between Case and Intake checklist items on Needles Today screen
Currently on the checklist summary you have the ability to filter between Case and Intake checklist items. It would be nice to see the same option available on Needles Today.
Cloud: View another staff initials on party flyout menu
When searching for a customer in Neos and selecting the party, on the flyout menu it would good to be able to change from seeing the primary staff to another staff (such as case manager initials) instead.
