Be Consistent Between One-Mouse Click and Two-Mouse Clicks Openings
It takes one mouse click to open a companion case, but takes two mouse clicks to open a case from the checklist, etc. These shoud be consistently one or two clicks throughout the system so the users can rely on muscle memory to get things done.
In layout manager, there should be an option that allows for static text. As of now, there is no option that allows you to leave text that does not have a checkbox, text box, etc. Firms are looking to add notes to a few sections.
Notes Tab: Remove text from search filter when you leave the case
The text from the search box on the Notes tab should delete when you leave the case, it is confusing to land on another case and see notes missing or blank because that filter is still set.

We use virtual receptionist services and they handle all of our intakes. Once they speak with potential clients we receive a script of an intake via e-mail. It would be nice if we had an option to convert their form into a new intake in Neos.
Party minor indication - should update automatically when a person reaches age of majority
Currently, someone is always marked as a minor until such time as you uncheck the box. It would be much better to automatically uncheck the minor box once the date of majority is reached.
When adding an event in Neos for another user, the calendar should auto-refresh instead of manually refreshing to confirm we are looking at the most up-to-date events.
