Expand "Lazy Loads" (preview screen that appears when press the down arrow) in the Notes sections to be able to view bigger screens

"More Info" field not referenceable in Intake Layout Manager

When inside the intake layout manager, we want to reference the case tab's "More Info" field, however it is not an option. Please provide us an option to reference it in the Intake Layout Manager.

User Tab Edit Capabilities

Neos has 10 user tabs but only 5 are list entries. We would like to make more user tabs lists vs. entry. Additionally having the option to add more tabs would be even more helpful and being able to choose list/entry.
