edit attachment names in Outlook add-in

The Outlook add-in needs the ability to re-name the attachments. It's much less efficient to tag an attachment to a case and then have to go in to the case and re-name the attachment.

"Copy to another case"

When I try to copy a document to another case, it won't let me type the name of the other case. Therefore, this function is useless. I would like to suggest the ability to use this function.
