Ability to generate more than one document at once

In out previous version of Needles we were able to generate medical records and medical bill request cover letters for all needed providers at one time. In the provider drop down menu we could just pick all the providers we needed.

Print Envelope from Provider tab

It would be great to have an option to print envelopes directly from the provider tab. This is useful for times when we are copying a provider to a correspondence.

Calendar Reminder - Add ability to set default value per staff

Default now is "None". If someone forgets to set the reminder, of course they will not receive a reminder. It would be better to have a default reminder.

All reports totaling amount DTF should have the refund subtracted. None currently do this.

When sending the total costs on a case to an attorney during mediation or any other time, refunds should be automatically subtracted to give the correct amount.
