Invoice should pull date task performed, not date entered

Sometimes, we enter our time spent into Neos at a later date. It would be helpful if the invoice would display the date the work was performed, rather than the date the information was entered into Neos.

custom autonumbering cases

ie. for the year of 2024, we would like case numbers to start off with 240001 and when 2025 comes around, I would like to start with 250001.

Ability to Lock Columns for User Defined Tabs like the Records Request

It would be nice to be able to lock the columns so that other users don't toggle certain data on or off. Maybe even grant it as a special permission to be able to lock it so they remain the same across other cases too.

User Tab Edit Capabilities

Neos has 10 user tabs but only 5 are list entries. We would like to make more user tabs lists vs. entry. Additionally having the option to add more tabs would be even more helpful and being able to choose list/entry.

Option to Keep Note/Message Topic Label from the Original Sender or Change It

As is, the sender might send a message under the topic "client call' and the recipient has to again label it when responding. It would be greatly appreciated to be able to simply keep the original topic label OR change it if needed.

Option to select "type" when creating a note from the value tab.

In value tab, you can create a note. It gives the option for selecting a topic, but it does not give an option to select type. This leads to more work forcing the user to return to the notes tab to add a type to the note they created.
