Remove the Neos Contact ID When Printing Checks

When adding vendors/customers the ID associated to contacts in Neos is appended to the name if there are duplicates. Having the "print name on check as" set to the contact name without the ID would save time.

On the value screen, the DTF shows up even when the check has NOT been cut yet
